Orders

	Prime Supply offers several ways for you to place your order. Whichever way you choose, you can be assured of the same quality service and priority handling of your order.
	Telephone Orders - During normal business hours this is probably the easiest and fastest way to place an order. Just call the friendly sales staff at the branch nearest you. If you have any questions, or just aren't sure what item you might need, our staff will be glad to work with you. After normal hours, you may leave a message and someone will call you back the next business day.
	Online Orders - This option allows you to place an order at anytime day or night. Just follow the link to our online order form, fill in the blanks, and submit the order. Orders placed online are monitored by multiple persons at our end, to ensure that the order is not misplaced. You will be  contacted the next business day to verify the order, and to answer any questions you may have. Orders submitted online will not be shipped prior to order verification. Fax Orders - an ideal option for those customers that have a price list, and submit orders on a regular basis. Just follow the link to our downloadable order form, print the form, fill it out, and fax it in to us at 800-859-3709. This form is in PDF format, you will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the form. Fax orders received during normal business hours will be processed that day. Orders received after hours will be processed the next business day. Fax orders will not normally be verified, the order will be processed as it appears on the form.
